Jobot is seeking a passionate Embedded Android Software Engineer to join our dynamic San Francisco team. You will design, develop, and implement software for embedded Android devices in a permanent, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Android/embedded experience, strong knowledge of QCM, QCS, Linux kernel, Java and Python, and proven CTS/VTS/GTS compliance. You will collaborate across teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient code and maximize device

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of software development experience with Android and embedded systems.
Strong knowledge of QCM, QCS, Linux kernel, Java, and Python.
Proven experience driving CTS/VTS/GTS compliance.
Experience with Android HALs and QCOM tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement embedded software for Android devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with external data sources and APIs.
Utilize QCM, QCS, and QCOM tools to ensure optimal device performance.
Drive CTS/VTS/GTS compliance to ensure quality and performance.
