The successful candidate will lead efforts in establishing a manufacturing facility and ensuring compliance with high industry standards, working closely with engineering and program management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 industry standards.
• Experience in an NPI Environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the establishment of the NPI facility for satellite production.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for production.
• Implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols.
