Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Advanced Electronic Warfare SME to join ASG MSO, delivering EW, cyber resilience, and spectrum warfare expertise to DoD and government customers.

This full-time role supports multiple projects, collaborates with senior government and commercial clients, and requires capability to brief, defend, and implement complex EW solutions. You will interface with stakeholders, contribute to technical documents, and travel up to 25% as needed in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Master’s degree required.
• 15 years of operational EW/Spectrum Warfare experience.
• Experience planning EW support and Spectrum Warfare management.
• Experience testing EW/EP/EA systems in dense environments.
• Graduate of USAF Weapons School specialization in EW is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert for electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Provide EW expertise for cyber resilience and exercise planning.
• Plan and execute cyber risks assessments and attack path analysis.
• Develop technical documents on EW best practices.
• Develop customer briefings and support meetings.
• Support bid and proposal efforts in EW and cyber resilience.
• Engage with DoD and government customers to expand EW support.
