Job summary

WITRON is seeking an electromechanical technician to support high-priority maintenance activities on automated systems within the Walmart US account. The role involves complex troubleshooting, component overhauls, and system refurbishments, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

You will work with project teams and onsite operations, perform diagnostics, and contribute to reliability and continuous improvement across 5S and safety protocols. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Electromechanical technician with 1–2 years minimum experience.
  • Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing automated systems (conveyors, cranes, hoists).
  • Skilled with hand and power tools; read wiring diagrams and control schematics.
  • Able to interpret AC/DC systems up to high voltages and drive technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-priority, technically complex maintenance tasks.
  • Perform planned and reactive mechanical/electrical repairs per procedures.
  • Lead complex diagnostics using PLC, HMI, and diagnostic software.
  • Document work in CMMS and support continuous improvement initiatives.
