Voxel Innovations Inc. in North Carolina seeks an Electrolyte Systems & Chemical Process Engineer to lead a critical discipline at the intersection of chemistry, fluid handling, and production.

You will improve reliability of electrolyte treatment, delivery, monitoring, and waste management, troubleshoot pumps and controls, and design new systems for production and development. Prior industrial experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience; more senior candidates encouraged.
• Experience with industrial chemical systems outside of a pure lab environment.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with pumps, plumbing, fluid handling, or similar systems.
• Safety mindset around chemical storage, handling, PPE, and waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrolyte systems and chemical process strategy for production.
• Improve reliability of electrolyte treatment, delivery, monitoring, and waste management.
• Troubleshoot pumps, leaks, filtration, temperature control, conductivity, flow, and stability.
• Design and support new systems for production and development.
• Maintain electrolyte quality through sampling, logging, and controls.
• Define measurements and alarms with controls team.
• Manage chemical waste streams per compliance requirements.
• Support safe operations with acids, bases, salts, and metals.
• Create procedures, maintenance plans, operating windows, and training materials.
• Assist scale‑up of related chemical processes and R&D projects.
• Hands‑on diagnosis, repair, and improvement of equipment.
