Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical VDC Specialist with 3+ years in electrical installation or design and at least 1 year using REVIT or AutoCAD. The role focuses on developing detailed electrical designs and BIM/vDC models for commercial and industrial construction projects.

The candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure constructible designs and accurate drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical installation and/or electrical design experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using REVIT, AutoCAD, and/or related design software.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed electrical layouts for electrical rooms, underground conduit pathways, equipment racking, and other critical electrical infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain REVIT-based electrical models and construction drawings that meet company and project standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and related design software as needed to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams to develop efficient, constructible electrical designs.
• Coordinate with other trades to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
• Revise drawings and models based on field conditions, RFIs, and project updates.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure design accuracy throughout all phases of construction.
