Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in power electronics or electric drives.
  • 15+ years of electrical systems experience in power electronics and aerospace or similarly demanding contexts.
  • Proven leadership in design, verification, and qualification of power conversion hardware and control electronics.

Responsibilities

  • Own system-level requirements flow-down for digital power conversion hardware and firmware.
  • Lead architecture and detailed design of DC/DC stages, gate drives, protection, and sensing for high‑voltage systems.
  • Plan and execute environmental, functional, and performance tests including DO160/MIL‑STD tests.
  • Define insulation coordination and HV design rules for kilovolt systems.
  • Mentor early career engineers and contribute to proposals and technology roadmaps.
