Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage construction budgets and safety programs.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Communicate with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
