Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of post-education experience on electrical design for power projects.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, codes, and standards.
• Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and program/construction management.
• Proficient with design software and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical engineering projects, guiding budgets, hours, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and review electrical infrastructure design plans for complex projects.
• Apply high-level electrical engineering techniques across concept to operation phases.
• Develop construction plans, specs, and cost estimates with cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC throughout project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety practices.
