Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure in San Francisco. The Manufacturing Engineering Team owns the end-to-end design of MV/LV electrical skids and UPS E-House product lines and drives them into production with strong emphasis on compliance and factory readiness.

We seek engineers who can lead cross-discipline design efforts spanning electrical, structural, and mechanical domains, with a track record of shipping in fast release schedules.

Qualifications

• Takes packaged electrical equipment from concept through production release as the single accountable engineer.
• Owns designs spanning electrical, structural, and mechanical disciplines and makes cross-discipline tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of MV/LV electrical skids and UPS E-House lines from one-lines to released-for-production drawings.
• Drive products into production with design, compliance, and factory readiness.
• Lead a dedicated team across electrical, structural, HVAC, and fire protection with drafting/compliance support.
• Define required design upgrades with localization teams and determine interconnect points/ interfaces.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver consistent products across Fluidstack’s data center fleet.
