Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects in Terre Haute, Indiana, from planning through execution to completion. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, vendors and field teams to deliver safely on time and within budget, applying NEC/OSHA standards and strong budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical contracting, electrical construction, project coordination, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and safe electrical work practices.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of electrical design and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience with construction budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or multi-trade construction projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and applicable local electrical codes and safety regulations is preferred.
• Technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, execution, and completion of electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, vendors and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and field operations to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve safety and quality goals.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and reporting.
