Miller Electric is seeking motivated candidates for a full‑time Senior Project Associate role, including enrollment in our Project Management Apprenticeship Program in the Atlanta area. You will report to a project leader in a client‑facing role, building relationships and learning through on‑the‑job experience, peer engagement, and technical training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or IBEW licensed electrician required.
• Strong computer and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to time management and organization.
• Fast-paced, hands-on learning environment.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Miller Electric’s service-based approach to project management.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication.
• Support estimates and proposals to win new work and schedule timelines.
• Develop electrical/material vocabulary and job-site etiquette.
• Ensure projects align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with field leaders and subcontractors to meet client expectations.
• Assess progress and needs during regular project visits.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
