Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in West Palm Beach to plan, coordinate and execute large electrical projects valued from $5M to $50M.

You will manage the full lifecycle, allocate resources, control budgets and timelines, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure profitable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical project management with strong leadership, communication and a solid knowledge of NEC/IEC codes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes and industry standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and direct large electrical projects for our new construction division.
• Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.
• Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of large electrical projects ranging from $5mil - $50mil. In this role you will manage the full project lifecycle, managing resources, personnel, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. As a result, the Project Manager contributes to the successful completion of profitable electrical projects.

• Plan, oversee and direct large electrical projects for our new construction division.
• Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.

• Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
• Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Electrical Project Manager) are a plus.
