Job summary

Innovative Staffing Solutions LLC in Salem, VA seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead the Electrical division from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating equipment, materials, and field crews.

You will supervise field personnel, maintain quality, communicate with General Contractors and inspectors, manage permits, and drive project logistics on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical work meets project scope, codes, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with utilities, inspectors and general contractors.
• Supervise field crews and procure equipment and materials per project needs.
• Monitor project budgets and track labor hours and material costs.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Attend design and project meetings and manage RFIs and submittals.
