Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle-level electrical schematic design for active suspension systems.
  • Create wiring harness drawings with connectors, routing, and protection details.
  • Develop and maintain EBOM with configuration control and revisions.
  • Select components based on requirements and environmental conditions.
  • Ensure designs meet MIL STD, EMC, vibration, and environmental specs.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical designs.
  • Hands-on prototyping, harness routing, testing, and validation.
  • Maintain electrical design documentation in PLM/PDM systems.
  • Interface with suppliers to review components for compliance.
