This is a hybrid role that requires two days per week on site.

The Senior Electrical Project Engineer leads the department, supervising staff day‑to‑day responsibilities and mentoring them in technical knowledge and career development. The role manages projects of all sizes from concept through construction, coordinating with other disciplines, interfacing with clients, and ensuring project teams meet schedules and budgets to achieve successful outcomes. Training is provided at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Expertise in electrical discipline with knowledge of parallel disciplines
• Understanding of construction costs and life‑cycle analysis
• Proven ability to manage clients and represent the firm at meetings
• Experience managing sufficient revenue to lead a full design team
