Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement experience in construction.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQ packages and procurement of goods and services.
• Initiate and manage purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Collaborate on specification reviews, bids, submittals, and cost negotiations.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely material arrival.
• Track orders, expediting as needed and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain contract obligations.
• Prepare and maintain department reports.
• Assist with material inspection and coordination of meetings.
• Mentor junior team members on procurement practices.
