TealEnergi in Arizona is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Superintendent – Electrical Process Equipment SME to lead reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance of critical electrical process equipment across mining operations.

The role serves as the technical authority for asset management, troubleshooting, maintenance modernization, commissioning, and capital projects, directing motors, drives, switchgear, and related control systems while mentoring the team and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong background in electrical process equipment.
• Proven experience in reliability, asset management, and maintenance in mining/industrial settings.
• Experience leading modernization and capital projects for electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead assessments of electrical process equipment and develop risk-ranked improvement plans.
• Direct troubleshooting of VFDs, cycloconverters, motors, MCCs, and protection systems.
• Define and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-monitoring maintenance programs.
