RQ Construction LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager to guide electrical planning from design through transition to field operations. You will lead scope development, coordinate with Estimating, Design, Operations and leadership, and ensure designs are feasible for construction.

Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager to oversee and guide electrical planning efforts across multiple projects and pursuits. This hybrid position is based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office. This role is instrumental in managing the electrical preconstruction process from initial design through transition to field operations, ensuring all systems are clearly defined, coordinated, and ready for execution.
In this position, you will lead the development and organization of electrical scopes during early project phases, confirming that designs are complete, aligned with project objectives, and feasible for construction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including Estimating, Design, Operations, and executive leadership-to support project pursuits through scope development, design integration, budgeting, scheduling, procurement planning, and risk evaluation.
Additional responsibilities include supporting value engineering initiatives, contributing to large and complex project pursuits, and mentoring team members within the preconstruction group. This role also promotes consistency, best practices, and ongoing process improvements within the electrical discipline.
