Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer to join their expanding Power Generation team. The role involves developing and implementing renewable energy projects, mentoring staff, and leading design efforts. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in power generation, a Professional Engineer license, and strong leadership skills. This position requires travel up to 10% and is mainly remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical power generation design.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license required.
• Experience with simple cycle and combined cycle power plants.

Responsibilities

• Develop, contract, and implement natural gas and renewable energy projects.
• Serve as Owner’s Engineer and/or Advisor for projects.
• Mentor engineers and lead project design efforts.
