BCG Attorney Search is seeking a transactional electrical patent attorney for its Intellectual Property Group, with opportunities across Texas, Tennessee, Tampa, Raleigh, or Birmingham. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical, computer science, or bioscience fields, and a portable business of $500k or more.

This role involves independent patent preparation and prosecution, collaboration on complex matters, and active client development within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Admission to the state bar where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications independently.
• Collaborate with the Intellectual Property Group on complex legal matters.
• Engage in client development and maintain strong client relationships.
