The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 7 years of supervisory experience or a technical degree with 3 years’ experience, plus electrical/instrumentation expertise. On-site workers receive a $750 housing allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 7 years supervisory/lead experience, or a technical bachelor's degree with 3 years supervisory/lead experience.
• Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques.
• Ability to interpret equipment, materials, methods, and procedures to complete projects.
• Budget preparation, monitoring and administration.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a mine/manufacturing plant environment.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate safe operation of assigned work unit through Supervisors.
• Ensure production shifts run according to production plan and schedules.
• Provide operations input for production and maintenance planning.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate daily with Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and Sales.
• Directly supervise first-line or shift Supervisors.
• Perform other duties as required.
