Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing critical utility and distribution systems.

You will supervise diesel generators, UPS, switchgear, transfer switches, and fire suppression equipment, while ensuring safe operations and compliance across a 24/7 campus environment. You will coordinate with managers and vendors, perform administrative CMMS duties, and drive staff development to meet demanding uptime

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a commercial/industrial electrical environment
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND AVAILABLE
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Supervise and mentor staff as required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Electrical technicians, provide guidance, and delegate daily tasks.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of Electrical infrastructure and distributed equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Vendors to perform construction and new equipment installations safely.
• Ensure 24/7 uptime in critical spaces including Data Center and production areas.
• Maintain CMMS records and provide updates on equipment status and progress.
