Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Senior Electrical Integration Engineer to drive the integration, design, and industrialization of the Compute module for high‑volume production in the automotive/advanced engineering space.

You’ll coordinate with PD, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure DFM compliance and on‑time launches, while leading cross‑functional teams across embedded software, hardware, and controls.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in complex electrical systems or electronics design with compute modules or high‑performance embedded systems.
  • 5+ years in a mass‑production setting launching new products with complex electronic modules.
  • Strong fundamentals in Electrical and Embedded Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with DFMs in automotive or high‑volume industries.
  • Experience with SDLC in networking/embedded software environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, integration, and testing of the Compute system.
  • Collaborate with Controls, Security, Hardware, and UX to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Industrialize Compute modules from design to high‑volume manufacturing.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Product Development, Quality, and Purchasing.
  • Drive DFMs to optimize manufacturability and reduce costs.
  • Support vehicle assembly lines during development and ramp‑up.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures and testing protocols.
  • Coordinate vehicle‑level testing and debugging with systems teams.
  • Translate requirements into hardware/software specs focused on manufacturability.
