You will oversee execution, estimating, financial performance, client relationships, and project teams, ensuring safe, on‑time, and profitable delivery across multi‑discipline programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction or power infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience leading estimating for large electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification required.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and substations.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large electrical infrastructure projects from award through closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, procurement, and risk strategies.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead client meetings, contract negotiations, and project reviews.
• Manage change orders, contract administration, and claims.
• Mentor Project Managers and support team development.
• Review proposals and support bid strategy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
