Job summary

The Taylor Machine Works, Inc. team is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Taylor facilities and equipment, including electrical systems, HVAC, data lines, and production machinery.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime. Qualified candidates will have extensive electrical repair experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel to other Taylor locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Heavy background in repair of electrical equipment and related systems.
• EPA certifications or licenses as required.
• Ability to perform all levels (1–5) of maintenance accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Pass Human Performance Evaluation (HPE).

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance service to Taylor Non-Bargaining Facilities and owned properties.
• Repair and install electrical systems for facilities and equipment.
• Maintain safe operation of electrical fixtures and systems.
• Diagnose and repair data/phone/HVAC equipment and production machinery.
• Travel to other company locations when required.
• Provide preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
