Roush seeks an Electrical Technician Senior to build, test, repair, and install wiring harnesses on vehicles and bench setups in Allen Park, MI. You will follow prints, BOMs, schematics, and P&ID diagrams, performing quality checks while mentoring teammates to meet Roush and customer standards.

Responsibilities include wiring and harness calibration, tool installation on test boxes, and reverse engineering harnesses, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years electrical work experience.
• Broad knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and able to crimp/solder wires.
• Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic equipment.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, install, test, and repair wiring harnesses per blueprints and schematics.
• Install electrical components and hardware on vehicles and test boxes.
• Perform wiring reworks and repairs on bench and vehicle; crimp and solder; de-pin terminals.
• Mentor team members and act as SME for technical deliverables.
• Lead daily shop organization and ensure safety and quality standards.
