About the Role:
This position serves as a senior technical authority for electrical hardware architecture and circuit design, supporting high-volume EPS control modules from concept through production. The Electrical Hardware Core / Architecture Engineer independently leads complex technical investigations, defines robust electrical architectures, and ensures designs meet functional, performance, diagnostic, and reliability requirements across all operating conditions.
The role interfaces closely with Systems, Software, Motor Controls, EMC, and Manufacturing teams and plays a critical part in technical decision-making, root cause resolution, and mentoring of engineering staff.
