Jack Hornsby Electric, Inc. in West Tennessee is seeking a Senior Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects.

The role focuses on crew leadership, job-site coordination, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. You'll direct electricians, review drawings, coordinate with Project Managers, and train less-experienced staff, with a day shift and no overnight travel on local West Tennessee projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience leading electrical crews or serving as a Foreman is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and job-site practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.
• Experience coordinating work and keeping crews on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Directing electricians and apprentices throughout the workday.
• Assigning work and coordinating daily crew activities.
• Reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications before and during installation.
• Coordinating electrical work with Project Managers, other trades, and site personnel.
• Monitoring progress and helping keep projects on schedule.
• Troubleshooting field issues and determining practical solutions.
• Maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring installations meet code requirements.
• Promoting a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Communicating project needs, material requirements, and field updates to management.
• Helping develop less-experienced electricians through hands-on leadership and training.
