Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Prior experience as a General Foreman or Lead Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of conduit, power distribution, and grounding systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical foremen and crews.
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily and weekly work activities.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and site standards.
• Enforce site safety policies and conduct daily toolbox talks.
• Maintain daily reports and progress tracking.
