RSS. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide executive-level field leadership for large-scale electrical construction projects in the Reno, Nevada area. This role includes managing operations, developing team leaders, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of relevant experience, including strong strategic planning capabilities and a history of leading high-performing teams in complex project environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive-level field leadership experience in similar roles.
• Minimum of 15–20 years in electrical construction with large-scale project experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen, labor forecasting, and cost control skills.
