Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced estimator for broad $30 million+ electrical and low-voltage projects in Washington. You will perform detailed take-offs, evaluate prefabrication opportunities, and assemble bid packages for timely submissions at competitive cost-plus pricing.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensure pricing targets are met, and lead mentoring of junior estimators.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating $1 million to $30 million+ electrical/low-voltage projects.
• Strong take-off and blueprint reading skills.
• Familiar with electrical/tech terminology.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented with knowledge of pricing methodologies.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Trained in using Trimble Accubid Anywhere (electrical).

Responsibilities

• Estimate a broad range of construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades.
• Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project.
• Ensure deadlines, bid specs, and cost-plus pricing targets are met.
• Assemble required bid package documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders.
