Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead cost planning for hyperscale data centers, mission critical facilities, and large commercial projects across the Southeast.

You will work closely with operations, preconstruction, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership to develop accurate, competitive estimates that drive project wins. This is a fast‑growing role at a nationally recognized contractor where your expertise shapes multi‑million‑dollar bids and long‑term client

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience with mission critical / data centers and large commercial construction.
• Familiarity with fast-paced design-build environments.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and operations teams.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts.
• Assist with project turnover and support awarded projects.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems.
