Job summary

Lighthouse Electric seeks a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead advanced estimating for complex commercial/industrial projects in Canonsburg, PA. You will conduct take-offs, analyze labor/material needs, and coordinate with engineers, customers, and project managers.

Role requires a bachelor’s in CM/engineering, 10+ years of electrical construction experience, and proficiency with Estimating tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, BIM models. ESOP benefits included.

  • Minimum of 10 years electrical construction experience.
  • Experience with electrical estimating and take-offs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct bid reviews and flow of information.
  • Develop cost estimates from take-off to bid hand-off.
  • Coordinate with engineers, customers, vendors and Project Managers.
