Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of experience in consulting engineering. The role focuses on designing electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage coordination for energy-efficient buildings, based in our Cincinnati office.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, leads design projects, and mentors staff. Location is onsite in Cincinnati with opportunities to work on diverse projects including

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
8+ years of experience with MEP design and electrical systems.
Experience with Revit/AutoCAD and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide design and construction projects internally within the office and externally with clients and contractors.
Provide guidance, support, mentorship, and leadership to staff engineers.
Prepare, read, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Professionally stamp drawings and affidavits; coordinate with owners, clients, architects, and contractors.
