Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of electrical hardware experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Extensive experience in designing electrical systems for space applications.
• Strong leadership and mentorship for an engineering team.
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers within Space Systems.
• Oversee electrical design, analysis, and validation for space programs.
• Manage functional budgets and ROI assessments for processes and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with mechanical, optical, and systems engineers for integration.
• Lead engineering gate reviews and ensure high‑quality work products.
• Develop manufacturing handoff processes and long‑term production scaling.
