Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience as well as a Professional Engineer (PE) certification. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $139,000 based on qualifications and experience, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience.
Professional Engineer (PE or P. Eng.) certification is required.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
5+ years of power generation industry with EPC experience is required.
Ability to travel 5-15%.
Responsibilities
Develops and reviews electrical design systems including AC and DC.
Supports estimating projects with preliminary designs and equipment costs.
Prepares specifications for electrical materials and equipment.
Provides input to construction teams effectively.
