Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to develop and test cutting-edge propulsion electronics. You will own full-cycle PCB design, bring-up, and validation for avionics systems, working across mechanical, software, and test teams.

The role requires a BSEE with 5+ years of experience, heavy emphasis on analog/digital/power electronics, and proficiency with Altium LTSpice. Eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of design/test experience.
• Solid fundamentals across Analog, Digital, and Power Electronics.
• Proficient with Altium Designer and LTSpice and circuit simulation.
• Experience with CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet interfaces.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle PCB design from requirements to production.
• Design and optimize propulsion system electronics and motor controllers.
• Perform simulations, worst-case, thermal analysis, and DFMEA.
• Lead board bring-ups, DVT, qualification and functional testing.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, test, quality, manufacturing, and systems teams.
• Conduct peer reviews and root cause analysis.
