Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent; supported by extensive engineering experience.
• Four years of engineering work in one or more engineering disciplines listed.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree with six years of engineering experience in applicable disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project scope with PM and QC tasks for other parties.
• Prepare specifications, plans, diagrams, schematics, materials, and cost estimates.
• Provide PM and QC oversight for projects and studies.
• Lead engineers and technicians on multi-disciplinary projects and studies.
• Oversee design/implementation of significant modifications to electric power facilities.
• Direct contract interfaces with construction crews and regulate contractor work.
• Develop design standards and material lists; assist in budgeting and cost estimates.
