Job summary

Keystone Engineering Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a Lake Charles Area on-site client position.

The role centers on power systems engineering for industrial process plant infrastructure, including protection coordination, load flow analysis, and arc flash considerations. Reporting to the Discipline Engineering Lead, you will develop and maintain power system models (ETAP/SKM), review datasheets, and lead or participate in FEED and TAR activities while ensuring NFPA/IEEE/API

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 8+ years of experience in PSM-regulated petrochemical or refining environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as electrical SME for power systems in industrial plant infrastructure; lead or support power projects.
• Investigate anomalies, failures, and protection events; propose corrective actions.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, relay coordination, and power quality studies.
