Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Systems

Position Overview

An established engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in electrical design, project management, and technical leadership. This position involves leading complex engineering projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and developing client relationships across commercial, Manufacturing, institutional, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power distribution and building systems design.

• Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and engineering teams.

• Oversee technical drawings, specifications, and code assignments.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and engineering disciplines.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

• Support business development, client engagement, and proposal preparation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.

Compensation
