• Engineer electrical work products for Power Conditioner, Rectifier, Lighting Inverter, and Battery Backup lines.
• Develop and improve product development processes for speed and accuracy.
• Support customer orders and identify process improvements.
• Support manufacturing challenges and daily operations.
• Vet new business opportunities, assist quotes, and advise on manufacturability and cost.
• Create, review, approve, and release drawings, analysis, tests, and docs.
• Document best practices and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and specs.
