Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• MS Degree in Electrical or Software Engineering preferred.
• Extensive experience in power conversion product development.
• Experience with UL/CSA/VDE/CE agency compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion with PM and other departments.
• Oversee project budgets to meet cost, performance and reliability targets.
• Lead design, development, testing and manufacturing of electrical equipment or products.
• Provide input on mechanical and thermal design aspects.
• Document policies, procedures and instructions for equipment use.
• Provide periodic progress reports and highlight issues affecting development.
