We're partnering with a manufacturer known for its highly customized builds to hire a Sr. Electrical Engineer in Northeastern Wisconsin. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, this is not a high-volume production environment, allowing engineers to prioritize quality over speed while enjoying a level of work-life balance that's becoming increasingly difficult to find. If you enjoy seeing your work come to life, this is a rare opportunity to help build something few engineers ever have the chance to experience. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, with about 50% of your time focused on design, troubleshooting, and systems integration and the balance dedicated to project management, vendor coordination, and technical oversight. You'll play a key role in complex, ground-up builds involving power distribution, communications, controls, and other critical electrical systems.
