Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role requires 5+ years in electronics design with PCBAs, familiarity with Altium, and experience in regulatory standards such as UL/IEC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electronics systems design.
• 3+ years in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
• Experience with microcontrollers, power supplies, RF circuits.
• Proficient in Altium Designer for schematic and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve spa, pool, and bath electrical control systems and PCBA.
• Lead system-level design across hardware, software, and mechanical subsystems.
• Investigate new technologies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Define schematics, select components, and oversee PCB buildouts.
• Support verification, validation, and certification activities.
• Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, EMI/EMC standards.
• Travel internationally for global meetings.
