You will own defined deliverables, engage with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while working under general supervision. Your responsibilities include developing and testing engineering deliverables, interpreting requirements, and providing technical support across sales, operations, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent engineering degree required.
• 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work to develop and improve products, equipment, systems, or processes.
• Interpret requirements, drawings, specifications, standards, and inputs to support robust technical solutions.
• Develop, review, test, document engineering deliverables in line with quality, cost, safety, reliability and performance expectations.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including sales, project teams, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or service.
• Investigate technical problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods, documentation, product performance, and ways of working.
