Join our team and help shape the future of Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) systems. As a Senior Electrical Engineer you’ll play a key role in supporting and advancing Collins’ traffic and weather‑related avionics products. In this role, you’ll work closely with a small team of experienced electrical engineers, taking ownership of complex hardware challenges across both sustaining engineering and new design activities. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, and contribute to the success of both ongoing programs and new business pursuits. This is an onsite position in Melbourne, Florida.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
