Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Experience in cost-reduction programs and assembly/test time improvements.
• Strong knowledge of military-grade connectors and EMI shielding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-for-manufacturing reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Perform root-cause analysis on electrical production issues.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100D and company requirements.

Skills

Hands-on electrical/electronics manufacturing experience

Ability to read and redline schematics

Excellent communication skills
