Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical/electronic system design and development.
• Experience designing, analyzing, developing, and testing electrical components and subsystems.
• Proven experience integrating electrical systems into UUV/AUV or other autonomous maritime platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development, integration, and testing of electrical/electronic systems for unmanned platforms.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with government, industry, and research partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to develop innovative solutions.
• Lead development of system architectures and electrical designs for next-generation unmanned maritime systems.
• Develop and refine system requirements and interfaces for advanced technologies.
• Oversee end-to-end system integration, including power, sensors, payloads, and vehicle control electronics.
