Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct design and development of electrical systems, schematics, PCB layouts, and cable/harness designs.
• Independently generate requirements and ensure design for manufacturability and testability.
• Conduct technical design reviews and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Execute and document verification and validation testing.
• Prepare documentation, test protocols, and reports to support project planning and decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers, collaborate across functions and with external partners to address technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Apply FBS tools and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Performs Failure Analyses and Investigation reports.
